In Document No.348/UBDLV-CNHT, the CMSC consented to the proposal of the representative of the state capital at ACV and the MoT on the choosing of ACV, which is 95.4 per cent held by the state, as the investor of the construction Terminal T3 project at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

According to Nguyen Thi Phu Ha, vice chairwoman of the CMSC, Tan Son Nhat International Airport is one of the 21 terminals where ACV provides chain services for flight zones, airfields, and passenger terminals.
