Hanoi, August 7 (Engineering Daily) -- Investment project to build Nga Son - Hoang Hoa section will be invested in the form of PPP, BT contract type. The People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has proposed the Prime Minister to decide the investment policy for the investment project to build the coastal road in the form of PPP, type BT contract.
The project is to build 25 km of road from Nga Son to Hoang Hoa with standard grade III delta, 2 lanes and 12 m wide. The route starts at the boundary between Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa in Tien Giap hamlet, Nga Tien commune, Nga Son district and ends at the intersection with Provincial road 510 in Hoang Ngoc commune, Hoang Hoa district.
The coastal road running through Thanh Hoa has a length of 96 km, where the invested sections are 45 km long with a total investment of about VND 3.980 billion. The sections that the investment policy has not been decided, are 51 km long, including Nga Son - Hoang Hoa section of 26 km long; Hoang Hoa - Sam Son section of 10.5 km long and Quang Xuong - Tinh Gia section of 14.5 km long.
